FULFILLMENT POLICY

At The Courtney Teasley Law Firm we aim to provide high-quality legal consultations to meet your needs. Please review our fulfillment policies below before booking:

Refund Policy

Once a legal consultation is booked, we do not offer refunds. By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. All bookings are final, and you are encouraged to review your schedule carefully before committing to an appointment.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please contact us at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will not incur additional fees. However, cancellations made after this period will be subject to our no-refund policy.
 
Delivery of Services

Consultations are provided virtually via Zoom (Or FaceTime upon request). You will receive a confirmation email with details on how to access your consultation once the booking is complete.
